Then I went to Tesco and spent ages in the make up aisle and bought hand cream and Angel Delight. I had a 3 hour nap and woke up feeling drunk and unable to stand up properly for a little while - I should have learned from my previous post-nap crapfests, but I never do. Felt rubbish for a whole hour. Walked up the street and back down again. Had a cup of tea and now I'm on here.
